Recipe suggestions
Powder to ice water ratio = 1:4 , adjust the ratio based on the desired consistency.
1.Mix the 50g milk foam powder with 200g ice water.
2.Blend for 2-3 minutes until thickened (slightly fluid).
3.Pour over the prepared tea(300ml tea and 150g ice cubes) and enjoy!
The actual blending time may vary depending on the whipping condition.
You can add some crushed ice to the ice water; the colder the liquid, the better the milk foam consistency.
